Maximum age for a a Junior entry is 16 years of age on the day of entry.

All participants enter at their own risk. The information that you provide will be retained on computer but only for the purposes of the Challenge event. The route is not suitable for wheelchairs
The Cheltenham Cleeve Vale Rotary Club or any of its officers or members has no liability for damage or injury arising from this event however caused unless negligence is proved.

In addition to Signage and the Route Guide the organisers provide the following facilities
Free car parking at the Racecourse
Medals for all entrants
Southam WI sell refreshments at the Racecourse and Brizen Field
Free Water around the course
Toilets around the route

Marshalling around the route
First Aid provided by the British Red Cross
A free Bus service for return to the Racecourse from any checkpoint
A timing facility
