Your entry fee pays for the event, however it's your fundraising that improves lives.

** Important Notice
Maximum age for a Youth entry is 16 years of age on the day of entry.

Please note that to ensure a good participant experience on the day, registration on the day will not be permitted.

The organisers are keen to ensure that everyone who wants to take part can. County Commumity Projects will have a small number of places, for people who are experiencing extreme financial hardship. If you want to be considered for these, please email CheltCircChallenge@ccprojects.org.uk

All participants enter at their own risk. The information that you provide will be retained on computer but only for the purposes of the Challenge event. The route is not suitable for wheelchairs
The organisers of this event have no liability for damage or injury arising from this event however caused unless negligence is proved.

Data Protection: ANY PERSONAL INFORMATION PROVIDED DURING THE REGISTRATION PROCESS WILL BE USED BY CCP SOLELY FOR THE PURPOSE OF MANAGING THE CHELTENHAM CIRCULAR CHALLENGE EVENT. THIS MAY INCLUDE CONFIRMATION OF ENTRY STATUS, PROVIDING UPDATES AND REMINDERS, AND THANKING PARTICIPANTS.

WHILST WE ENCOURAGE PARTICIPANTS TO USE THE EVENT AS A MEANS OF FUNDRAISING FOR CCP, WE ACKNOWLEDGE THAT PARTICIPANTS ARE FREE TO FUNDRAISE FOR ANY CHARITY OF THEIR CHOICE. CCP WILL NOT USE ANY DATA COLLECTED DURING THE REGISTRATION PROCESS TO INFLUENCE PARTICIPANTS' FREEDOM OF CHOICE.
